RG Signature Styles (Customized Garments)
- No cancellation allowed once the order has been placed.
- Return is allowed only if the customized garment was damaged upon delivery. A picture of the damaged product must be provided within 3 days of delivery.
- Customized garments can be altered for size variations.
- Exchanges will be processed within 15 business days after receiving the returned item.
Live-Ins Garments
- Size exchanges are allowed within 15 days of receiving the garment
- Returns are only accepted for damaged garments, with a picture of the damage submitted within 3 days of delivery
- 📌 All returns must be in original condition with tags attached
- Exchanges will be processed within 15 business days after receiving the returned item
Shipping Policy
- Customized Garments: Shipped within 14 days
- Live-Ins Garments: Shipped within 1-2 days. Orders placed before 4 PM may be shipped the same day

Shipping Charges
- Flat international shipping rate: 3,500
- For large or bulk international orders (more than 2 products), please contact our support team at support@richaagoenka.com for a customized shipping quote
Customs & Duties
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country
- These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary based on local regulations
- We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for specific charges before placing an order
