Refund policy
At Richaa Goenka, each garment is meticulously crafted for you. As a conscious brand, we encourage you to apply for returns or exchanges only if absolutely necessary. Below are the details of our returns and exchange policy.
Return Window
- You have a 7-day window from the date of delivery to place a return request for Live-ins collection only.
- Returns would not be accepted for any product/styles except for the live-ins collection as each product is made against order.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, garments must be in an unused condition with all necessary tags and original packing intact for the Live-ins collection only.
Exchange Policy
- For the “Live-ins Collection”, the garment can be exchanged for a different color or size.
- Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will automatically be issued as a refund for the Live-ins collection.
Eligibility for Exchange: All Styles (Except Live-ins Collection)
- Exchange would be accepted only in case of damaged/soiled/wrong product received, the proof of which to be submitted to us in the form of pictures to our WhatsApp number +91 99621 08777 or email to support@richaagoenka.com within 48 hrs of product receipt.
- Once the above is verified by us, we will replace the returned garment with a new product of the same style. No changes will be accepted for the product style/color.
- In the event that the fabric for the above replacement style is not available, we will provide you with a refund for the same.
Used Products
- We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds for used or soiled garments.
- Please take care when trying on your items. Without exception, we will not offer refunds or exchanges for garments that are returned back with make-up stains, deodorant marks, missing tags, alterations, snags, rips, tears, pet hair, odors, stains, or any other type of damage or signs of wear.
Alteration
We offer free-of-charge alteration for all products (except Live-ins Collection), within 7 days of product receipt. The product has to be sent back to us from your end. Reverse Shipping
We will arrange for reverse shipping if and when the eligibility criteria have been fulfilled, except for alteration products.
Refund
Please allow 10 working days after the garment has been received back to process the payment back to its original source, provided the return criteria have been met.
