We have a 7 day return/exchange policy for the “Live-ins” collection from the date of receipt. We do not have a return/exchange policy for any other pieces as they are “made to order”. However we do have a replacement policy incase of damaged pieces, the proof / pictures of which have to be submitted to us within 48 hrs of receipt.

Unfortunately, we don't offer returns or exchanges on customized orders. We only accept return / exchanges for the “Live-ins” collection.

For damaged products, you would require to send us proof / pictures of the same within 48 hours of receiving the order on support@richaagoenka.com (or) whatsapp +91 9962108777.

No cancellations are accepted once the order has been placed.

We deliver everywhere in India except for containment zones. Please note that some areas may be excluded from delivery, and you will be notified about this during checkout.
